Business clients and individuals seek out Bob's extensive experience to guide them through complex decision making processes. Dedicated to high standards, he oversees our tax preparation services. He specializes in tax planning and advisory services to small businesses and investors. Bob has been an associate with the firm since 1993 and shareholder since 1999.

Erin has spent the past 10 years providing accounting and financial advice in a variety of industries. She has previously practiced public accounting in the Seattle area while also serving as controller of a specialty construction contractor. Business clients rely on Erin's experience and expertise as a resource for formulating solutions and discovering new approaches for financial solutions. She specializes in the construction, hospitality, medical and professional services industries. Erin has been an associate with the firm since 2007 and shareholder since 2009.

Ben graduated from Raymond High School in 1998 and Western Washington University in 2002 with his Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and minor in Accounting. Ben went on to complete his post-baccalaureate studies in accounting Business Management Program of Kaplan College. He has been with the firm since July 2009. He is currently working towards obtaining his CPA license. Ben has experience with taxes, compilations, bookkeeping and payroll services through QuickBooks. He is also aQuickBooks ProAdvisor. He participates in community activities through his involvement in Immanuel Baptist Church and recently helped in the construction of their new facility and Sonshine Park.
Ray A. Wasson, CPA
Ray graduated from Aberdeen High School in 2002 and the University of Puget Sound in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Ray graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Martins University with Bachelor of Arts degree in 2007. He has been with the firm since December 2010. He has been licensed to practice public accounting since 2010. Ray looks forward to expanding his knowledgebase and growing in the profession. Ray is involved in the community through serving as treasurer for Habitat for Humanity of Grays Harbor and member of the Vestry of St. Andrews Church in Aberdeen.
Connie M. Gadwa
Connie graduated from North River High School and received her Associate of Arts Degree in Accounting from South Puget Sound Community College. She has been with the firm since 1998. Connie has extensive experience with corporate taxes, compilations, bookkeeping and payroll. She specializes in the fishing and manufacturing industries. Connie has been involved in the community through the annual Relay for life as well as volunteering numerous years with the Aberdeen School District, Aberdeen Little League and served as treasurer of the local Boy Scouts.
Brenda S. Schumacher
Brenda graduated from Aberdeen High School in 1981. She has studied accounting at Capital Business College and Grays Harbor Community College. She has been with the firm since 1996. Brenda has extensive experience with individual and estate taxes, bookkeeping and payroll services. Brenda is involved in the community through serving as our firm's co-captain for the annual Relay for Life as well as assisting with the Cheer Squad for the Grays Harbor Bearcats.
Claudia D. O'Donnell
Claudia graduated from Highline High School and completed business classes at Highline and Grays Harbor Community Colleges. She has been with the firm since 1986. Claudia has extensive experience with taxes, compilations, bookkeeping and payroll services. She specializes in the medical and professional services industries. Claudia is involved in the community through serving at St. Mary's School and Church, annual Relay for Life, Central Park Orthopedic Guild, St. Elizabeth's Guild and Aberdeen School District.
Debbie Lutton
Debbie is a key member of our administrative staff and the first friendly face you will see upon entering our door. Along with receptionist duties, she also assists in producing correspondence and financial statements, client bookkeeping and many other administrative functions. Debbie's upbeat personality makes her a welcome asset to our administrative team. She has been involved in the local community through the annual Relay for Life, Northwest Log Truckers Co-Op as well as spending many years volunteering with the Aberdeen School District.
